The cold room isn't all that cold, so if you aren't bringing the beers straight from a fridge to the pub it's best to leave them in early. I usually go for the day before. Bottles at room temperature won't be cold enough if they're just left in the cold room from the start of the meeting.

Well, I am taking 8% ABV weizenbocks so I dont think it will be a great problem if it is not 'that cool'. I will take'em out of the fridge before I leave. But from Dun Laoghaire to Temple Bar via Dart...
