grainne and I are thinking about heading up for the Sat night (some cask Metalman Pale Ale should be making its way up a few days beforehand) - anyone have any recommendations for where to stay, preferably just a walk or short taxi ride away. Or is it easy enough to get a bus back into Belfast late in the evening?

I dont know about places to stay in Hilden itself. From what Ive seen of the place Id be surprised if there were many options within walking distance. The last train that goes from Hilden to Beldast leaves at 11pm if thats any good to you.

The way I did it last time was I stayed near Queens University, actually I stayed in a cheap student type place. Elms village I think. The train is a short walk away and stops near Hilden, again only a short walk.
Mollys yard is nearby.
If you guys are definitely heading up, I will go to. Safety in numbers and all that. I just don't want to go to a beer festival on my own.
