Good brew day yesterday . Stunning weather , no problems .paudie was a great help, sorting every little problem without a fuss .
Pretty sure I put about 25 l of weiss into the fermenter.
Not true weiss mind , as I only added 500g of wheat spray malt to my 6750g of malts I mashed .
Enjoyed a few nice pints in the beer garden after , and saw peters cask of pale ale from last time out go into the cave to condition .
Barry ( potential new member ) came along and made us all jealous , showing us pics of his dads 50 l plant , bar and pool table .
Next brew day in three weeks !!!
