Not that high. I primed the beer and added fresh yeast cause I figured that I wouldn't be able to keep the bottles warm enough to carbonate them on the saison yeast alone. Problem is that I didn't allow for the US05 taking the FG down further while also eating the priming sugars, so it's over primed and just ends up a yeasty mess when poured. If you put in in the fridge for a day then you can open the bottles relatively safely without much spillage.

Excellent night last night. Loved Richies and Dr Jacoby's oak aged stout.

Also loved the NZ Golden Ale Biertourist brought. Even though he has never had it, he managed to make a beer version of Lilt![/url:1kp8gdc3]

I'd love to be able to take sole credit for the imperial stout but in fairness it was a joint operation with MarcelDesailly and RichieH.

I really liked Andrew's befuggled ale. The fuggles worked really well with the coriander. Very refreshing. I also liked Oblivious' coconut porter.
