Looks I cant make it - apologies - I will save the punkdog clone for next month - there is a slim chance I can make it in around 9/10ish but either way have a good one - looks like great craic.

I have decided to withdraw Red Razors until next month but will still be along with MAF's Hibernian Pale Ale.

Anyone around early for food?

I'm not too happy with my Saison its far to fizzy. I added a US 05 yeast when bottling and that brought the FG down a few more points than expected. I had to let some gas out of the bottles last night so they wouldn't explode all over the table this evening.
