It's actually a really nice place to have a pint or three.. There's a hotel there but the pub is not joined onto it so it doesn't feel like a crappy hotel bar. It's in a stand alone part of the mock village with loads of what can only be described as 'eppicurean' shops.
In the summer you can sit outside and theres usually a bunch of hens wandering around pecking at your shoes. The Hotel is committed to organic produce and is a real 'foodies' place so you can get a good coffee and really tasty food. It's also makeover of an old estate house that they have extended so it guarantees some atmoshphere in the old parts of the hotel and pub.
There's an organic market there on Sundays which is popular with 'foodies' from Wicklow and around... It's pretty overpriced but, hey... Anyone this is starting to sound like a "marketing" spiele so I best stop... It's a more pleasant environ to drink Messr's Maguire's brews than their own establishment..
