Hi westbrew, I missed this post now, but I remember we mentioned something about "going west" before...

I go often to Sligo for surfing and visiting friends so it´s feasible for me. Only thing is that around those dates my brother may be coming over from Spain and plans may change, but I´d say he´ll be on for a tour of the west and some beer sampling...

Thanks for replies just a short note to say this event is still on, if numbers are small I will just hold it in the kitchen where all the best party’s are anyway.

I have a few other B&Bs that are not on the net and probably cheaper, will post phone numbers and prices in a couple of days.

Xabimacg -- Admiral Brown yes-new museum about him opened recently. Foxford always supports Argentina in sports events (after Ireland of course)

Westbrew, I'm about 75% certain of going.
I've been looking at trains, and it seems the train from Waterford to Foxford goes via Dublin. I may go up to Dublin on Friday night and then head across, if there's anyone else willing to go from Dublin. I'm having trouble finding a way home at the moment ( I live thirty miles from Waterford), but I'm working on it.
