I met Wallacebiy and Taf last night - Rebel, BITR, Peter and Paudie unable to make it.

We loosely agreed on the following -

Time of Expo - will need to clarify same with Well management - ? open to public from 12 or 1 or 2 and brewing on the day maybe start two hours earlier - ? finish by 5 or 6 - need to clarify same, I will chase up same with Shane.

Brewing on the day - Peter/Paudie/Rebel and Wallacebiy will do a separate brew

Trade stand - Ubrew.ie have confirmed attendance.

Publicity / Promotion - Wallacebiy and Taf will contact Examiner, Evening Echo, Independent, local free newespapers and local radio - RedFDM and 96fm. Suggest that people on Web forums will also promote event. ? others contact other media outlets.

Fliers - Wallacebiy has a contact in printing trade and feels he could get same for a very good price. We feel that would a few of us consider putting a tenner each towards this if need be - maybe 60 e needed,

Time of publicity - We feel most publicity, fliers, posters, media etc should be done in the fortnight before the event - no point doing it too far ahead.

Beer samples on the day -

Plastic cups for samples- I will try to get same.

Wallace / Taf - Please correct / amend any of the above if you are not happy with it.

suggestion that three types of brewing kits,extract and all grain are done on the day to show the public how straight forward brewing can be.

I don't know if I'm around for the 29th but I could definitely add a bottle of Extract (possibly the Strong Belgain Ale I brought to the last tasting) and a bottle of my first All-Grain (First Shot Gold). I'd have no problem contributing to the fliers either.

can get plastic cups @ trade prices so if it suits i could donate these would 400 be sufficient. also €10 for fliers no problem here. i will also try to bring a keg o beer if i can get around to brewing in the next few days. will be a bit young but will be light hopped and low alc so should be fine.

Thanks BITR - will leave getting plastic cups with you so - 400 should be grand - clear ones if poss!!
