Wow, hard to do this justice in one day. Great time!

Good to finally meet some of the Dublin ICB'rs - even though I'd had a few too many samples by then <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D -->

And congrats to the new brewries, some great beers!

I thoroughly enjoyed myself , in bed for 7.30 !!!

Enjoyed the Golden Otter ( FW ) , Hansel (UCC) , Easter Stout ( Carlow ) ,
Trouble Brewings Or was an OK beer , and Beoir Corca Dhuibhne's dark ale was OK

Rebel Red nice on Cask
Tasted 4 different versions of the White Gypsy stout , Must say that only one of them hit me right with the Mouthfeel , the cask of blended beer seemed to me to be a little confused between a Belgian style beer and a Porter , it was complex , but just didn't hit me as amazing ,

I can't remember which of the bottled oak aged beers was the one I liked the best , but I think it was the scots oak one .

Great festival . might try and get in this evening ( not sure if I'm allowed though )

From the few cask beers I tried today, Barrelhead was the standout one for me.
Rebel red is so much better from cask, than keg!
Black Raven was bold and brave but a bit too 'in your face' for me. Bit of refining and you never know!?
Headless Dog, while good, just didn't stand up after Barrelhead.

Great to see so many Irish casks, now that I finally have developed a taste for cask beer!
