Exciting news from Galway!

The Oslo Brewpub will be hosting a festival of Irish craft beer on the Saturday and Sunday of the May Bank Holiday weekend (1-2 May).

Hooker and White Gypsy are confirmed so far (plus Oslo's own Bay Brewery, of course), and they're hoping that as many of the craft breweries as possible will show up.

Admission is free both for the punters and the exhibiting breweries. If any of the new start-up commercial breweries are interested in having a stand there, PM me and I'll send you the organiser's details.

Hopefully a welcome new addition to Ireland's beer calendar.

Sounds great and a good platform of any start up brewery to get the name and beer out there!

Any chance of a homebrew competition too....just to get us all together. The last one in kilakee (was it?) was great...well what I can remember
