Copenhagen Beer Festival 2010: Copenhagen, 6-8 May 16 years 4 months ago #1

Just an advance warning on this one. Danske Ølentusiaster have once again secured the old Carlsberg premises so will be holding a second European Beer Festival next year, on 6-8 May. (The thread on the fantastic 2008 one is here[/url:3e1swle9]. Pics from here[/url:3e1swle9].)

I was talking to one of the senior bods in the group a while back, and she said to give them a shout if anyone from ICB is going. There might be a couple of free tokens in it for us

Something to think about as you plan your beer schedule for the coming year.

I feel I would be doing myself a disservice not to attend. For the sake of the company of course.

I'll have to check on my brownie point total and begin negotiations mediately. I was at the 2008 one and I have to say it was bloody great.

Actually, are you sure about those dates? Makes it Thursday to Saturday.

I completely understand not believing me, but Knut Albert[/url:3udlyk4z] doesn't get these things wrong.

Interesting....

Brownie points are not needed for me as my wife loves any excuse to visit a new country and she likes good beer, well for the most part.

It will be down to timing and money in the end.
As it turns out I will only be returning from France on the 5th and I also have 2.5 weeks planned for San Francisco next year so I might have to give it a miss.

The good news is that the car is coming with me to France so I bring back beer
