I plan to do a brew tomorrow morning, and will be in some time in the afternoon, probably 3ish. Although if the weather is crap, no brew and in earlier!

I too have loosely-formed plans for brewing followed by going to the Bull & Castle, but that's about as detailed as it gets at the moment.

Ditto, I do hope to make it in though.

So what are you brewing? TBN - I presume your Dubbel is on the agenda tomorrow?

Not to take this thread off topic, but yes. Last of my training-wheels beers. I'll be doing it unspiced after all.

The plan is for a severely Cascade hopped IPA. I'll bitter to 15-20 IBUs with something else, and lash in 75g of Cascade in 3 or 4 seperate additions towards the end of the boil. Will dry hop with another 25g Cascade later on. MMMmmmmmmm

The downside of All grain is that its an all day affair 8 hours or more so no brew tomorrow but I might do one on Sunday instead.

Weather does not affect my brewing as I do it in my kitchen <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D -->
