Well in fairness now I did warn her that "We all make our own beer", and given that her response was "you're making it now? How do you do that?" I thought she was fair game for some gentle abuse, just to test her mettle. You can't say she wasn't warned.
A very enjoyable night and the standard of beer was very high as always. I enjoyed too many to list individually but Rossa's stout, Séans Porter and Tim & Grainne's Dobbin spring to mind - I'm sure I'm forgetting loads.
