I spoke to Dave in the Bierhaus and he is happy to host us on either Friday 26th June or Friday 3rd July. it would be best if we met early - 7 / 7.30 pm. as the bar can get quite busy on Friday evenings. We can reserve a table, do our tastings first and then sample some of the beers in the bar and who knows where / what afterwrds!!!!

I am game for either date so will post each date here and see which suits most poeple. Again all new members or members who have not cOme to our meets before now most welcome.

Dave has kindly hosted our meets in the Bierhaus since their inception and has been most facilitating to us so I feel with respect to the Well and the Abbots (both of whom we also strongly encourage everyone to support) I think it is best we continue to have our meets in the Bierhaus - hope this is agreeable to all concerned

no bother , I just had the misconception that it rotated around . All fine establishments and I love the bier haus . Always great music and fine beer .
Just polished off the last of my lidl juice cider now . It was tasty .

26th is my preference , sooner the better . Can likely do the july one too.

I am checking dates with the missus, but should be good for the 26th. I will bring an aldi juice cider. It's quite dry and still so quite winey. I also have a red grape/cranberry juice with blackforest fruit concoction that is quit like a red wine, that I can also bring. Not beers obviously, but I am sure I can get some feedback all ths same.

Plus it will have quite an EMC contingent, with at least 3 of us coming from the same company. We'll have to set up a society and see if we can get something from S&S, or would that just highlight the fact that we are obsessed my intoxicating liquors.
