Actually, instead of going to the online beer guide option on the BSF site, click on "programmes" from the menu. You will then be presented with an option to download the programme for the current year's festival as well as the previous four years. This is a scanned version of the booklet available in hard copy on the day and lists at the top of each page the country and states if draught or bottled. Thus the US selection has two sections, bottled and draught so problem solved!

The UK bottled selection has just gone up, as the "Real Ale in a Bottle" bar/region in the main listings. Thornbridge's Jaipur IPA and St Petersburg Imperial Stout, for them as is interested.
