pay no attention to TBN sure he doesn't realise that us from the Peoples Republic don't really take much trips to Dub Land to check out the local offies

Central Dublin is a bit weak for decent offies. If you venture out a bit there are a number of goods beers to had.

Isn't there a beer mapping thingy for this sort of thing?

Deveney's in Rathmines are doing four Spaten Oktoberfest for €10, and a free mug with three bottles of Paulaner Oktoberfest. That's all I've seen so far, though again it's not exactly central Dublin.
