bodice is boiled spare ribs...think its actually just a northside thing. Its lovely cold with pepper and washed down with stout

joking about tripe and drisheen.


I have had bodice it's lovely. I would like to try crubeeen grandmother was alway trying to get me to eat then as child , but I wouldnt.
