I should mention that all suppliers of beer for the tasting are welcome to bring beer to us previous to the tasting.

DONT FORGET TO PUT YOUR DETAILS ON YIZZER BOTTLES

By the looks of that list theres going to be too much beer to drink. Maybe we should have jugs of water on the tables to

Seriously though this could get dangerous, especially with the 2 drinks purchased from the bar as well. Maybe we should limit it to 2 litres of each beer and split into to two tasting groups.

Yeah, I'm kind of with n1mbus on this - that's a fierce amount of beer lads. We'd be happy out with a max of 100ml of each beer per person tasting it, even 50ml, a couple of mouthfuls. Even if everyone only tastes half of the beers we're going to be rat-arsed.

Hell, I'll be rat-arsed on the two obligatory purchased drinks! (why, oh why isn't there something low-alcohol like TSB?! available? )

I presume I'm not the only one with work the following morning

I can come along early to help set up too. I finish work in St James's at 4pm. Would it be worth getting a couple of measuring cups for easier dispensation of small amounts of beer? Probably not, they'd only require rinsing.

I think as far as glassware goes (we're a bit tight here for 6 - 10 per person), i'll put a couple of glasses for each person and buckets and lots of water jugs, to rinse and re-use glasses.
This will make life a little easier for the staff.

Is it OK if a friend of mine comes along. He is more a sampler than a brewer at present.
