I can't help but think that Cuilan will be relieved at the move, if indeed that is what's happening.
I did a bit of work with him on the odd Saturday and the whole brewery is a logistical nightmare. There is no way a brewer would run his business that way given the choice. I lugged 25kg bags of malt down treacherous narrow metal stairs and had to wheel casks two at a time round the corner to his van because that is the only access. Ditto for his spent grains, though I didn't do any of that.
As for the equipment, if I recall correctly, it was put in before the bar was finished and will be a bugger to get out. I got the feeling it will be sealed up in there, unless of course it proves economical to get it out and sell it.
