well I hope it goes well for him, might give him the chance to get some of those cask ale out that he could not before.

It would be sad to be another micro going, especially in Dublin but i was never a fan of the management style of Messrs

I can't help but think that Cuilan will be relieved at the move, if indeed that is what's happening.

I did a bit of work with him on the odd Saturday and the whole brewery is a logistical nightmare. There is no way a brewer would run his business that way given the choice. I lugged 25kg bags of malt down treacherous narrow metal stairs and had to wheel casks two at a time round the corner to his van because that is the only access. Ditto for his spent grains, though I didn't do any of that.

As for the equipment, if I recall correctly, it was put in before the bar was finished and will be a bugger to get out. I got the feeling it will be sealed up in there, unless of course it proves economical to get it out and sell it.
