Surely they wouldn't still count as an SME for Enterprise Ireland purposes if they're simply an arm of Pernod Ricard SA? That's a good criterion, that, btw.

Ah yeah. Missed that bit. Suppose they've paid their fees so membership will probably lapse come renewal day.

My first ever post - so go easy! I look after some admin and organisational stuff for ICBI as of last year.

Eight Degrees were confirmed participants in Indie Beer Week prior to their sale to Pernod Ricard. Whilst owing in particular to the short timescale (and the already planned event), they would have been very welcome by the ICBI to have a last hurrah for this year's Indie Beer Week, they decided that it wouldn't be appropriate and a little after the announcement their event was taken down from the site and their names removed from the posters (which were just about to go to print!).
