Well there's a few brewery that might be interesting to visit... and with High Speed trains it's cheap and easy to move around (say, to visit Baladin in Piemonte) if needed...

Riccardo from Montegioco was telling me at the weekend that the festival is probably the best in Italy, really nice people, very well organised, in a beautiful spot...

I've looked into a bit before; there's a few that would make good day trips from Bologna.
