The Belfast Telegraph ran an article on Hilden recently in their business section. Some interesting general advice for commercial microbreweries at the end.

Thanks for the link. I note "We are in the process of developing a bottling and distribution arrangement with a brewer in Dublin" and also with a company in England for a similar arrangement.

I had a couple of their brews in Bowes recently; they were very good and I was also impressed with the quality of their labelling. The bottles look good on the shelves. Well done them!
