Fantastic beer, really hoppy and with a great mouthfeel, definitely one to emulate. The site has this info: Malts - Pale Malted Barley, German Munich Hops - three hop additions of pacific northwest hops (including a dry hop) Yeast - Speakeasy Ale Yeast

keeganales Offline Posts: 1047	Good beer, but not the best California has to offer. I'd take a Racer 5 or Alesmith if I were choosing an IPA. But Big Daddy, of course, is available in Ireland - like the song says, if you can't be with the one you love...
