The Terrible People 19 years 2 months ago #1

I was in the Bull and Castle a few weeks ago when I mentioned to the barman how plased I was to be able to get beers such as Sierra Nevada Pale Ale and Goose Island IPA. The barman said those beers aren't selling well at all. People are such philistines.

Yes, I think that's half the problem. I think the other half of the problem is that when people go for craft beers they avoid American beers out of snobbishness.

Stick light, crisp, smooth or nothing added but time and give total control of the product to the marketing department and financial controller and then it might sell.

Although I do think part of the blame is with Irish people, just seems there is apathy to try or ask for such beer in their locals.
