Craft Beer Pub in Kenmare area of Kerry 12 years 10 months ago #1

Hey guys,

Long time no talk. Am just wondering if anyone can suggest a pub/bar in the Kenmare area of Kerry that serves Craft Beers. I'd prefer if these beers/stouts were on tap/cask but would take bottles too. Will be heading down that direction over the June Bank Holiday weekend.

I was in the Charcoal Steakhouse and they had Dungarvan in bottles. Didn't get a chance to check the pubs cause I had the kids with me.

If you head out to Sneem, both Rineys and D O'Sheas have Irish Craft beer. Deeyos havs Fran Well Rebel Red and usually Weiss on tap, Rineys have a decent bottled selection and occasionally cask (allegedly). Good food in Deeyos also.

just a small update for Rineys in Sneem. I was there on Saturday and they had in addition to the O'Hara's range and Hooker (which appeared to be out of stock) -

Dungarvan range
a few from Hilden
Stonewell
Trouble Sabotage

I wish I could have stayed there longer. There is an adjoining off licence as well.

Excellent news. I will be in Sneem on the 24th of May for the JFK50 challenge. I was afraid that after walking 50 miles I would not get a decent beer at the end of it <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D -->
