More info: The grand opening is tomorrow night. The Hibernian Hotel is doing a special deal: €65 for a single room, or €85 for a double room including breakfast and parking.

Details on the beer: On tap: All the Carlow range including Leann Follain, and DIPA. Trouble Dark Arts, Metalman Pale, Galway Hooker, Porterhouse Hersbrucker, Tim Creans and White Gypsy Weiss. Stonewell draught cider.
