Hi all, Glenn's the name.
I've been reading the forum, and gathering a lot of information, for a while now.
I opened a pub last September in Ballymoe (between Roscommon town and castlerea). Being a home brewer myself I tend to look for different craft beer when I was out. So after some "research" sampling I have installed a craft beer fridge and 3 taps. My aim is to serve ONLY Irish craft from the taps and a wide international bottle selection (brewdog, Brooklyn lager, blue moon, worthingtons, doom bar, chalky's etc) Currently on tap is Howling Gale Ale (house beer) and Rowers Red Ale.
8 Degrees brewery will be the house beers and then I will rotate the other taps seasonally or whatever takes my fancy. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated as would an auld visit from lovers of "Beer With Taste"
