Looks like Dylan McGrath's new Dublin bar/restaurant will have beer pairing menus.

He seems to have a few strange ideas about beer but sounds promising.

Also it's quite comical that he is surrounded by "Yes men/women" in the video.

These guys haven't a clue about beer.

Things I learnt from Dylan:

1. You can only trust Macros to make draft beer.
2. Beer is for men
3. Cider is appley


....but still I think it's a good development.

He's involved in Brasserie 66 where they have O'Haras stout and ipa (bottled of course)
