Anyone from tallaght direction - take a look at the Jobstown house in 1972.
Photo number 142 pg 10 - hasnt really changed too much. Although until recently it had no windows in it, In this picture it has windows. So at some point they must have taken the windows out.

Another good one for suburbanites is the halfway house, photo 39 pg 3.

Thanks for the link. I find the interiors more interesting than the exteriors. When I started drinking in pubs during the early 70's, I used to wonder what those cask pump handles were used for! And I see a Watney's red barrel tap in one of the pubs right beside the obligatory Guinness and Smithwick's.

And the Scotch House; what a great place that was!
