Yeah - crab claws in stoops are great from what I hear.

Skerries is quite the beer wasteland although the independent grocery on the main street has a decent bottle selection in their off licence.

Don't know about the off-license scene but the selection in Bluebar is better than what 99% of suburban Dublin has to offer.

Forgot to mention it's also the most prominent display of a Beoir sticker I've seen. You really can't miss it.

There's a new cafe/bar opening nearby next week that will be serving craft beer...

It's open now. It's called MYAH (Make Yourself At Home) and is a restaurant with a lovely lobby reception area. A few of us visited yesterday and had a great time (more news about that in a different thread). It is right next door to the Blue Bar. They have O'Hara's Red and Natural Blonde on tap (this will be rotated) and a large range of local and international bottles.

Great, I saw its opening notices. I'm now full time living in Skerries so will pop in for sure!
