I'm living in Dublin 6 so the closer to there the better but anywhere around Dublin will do...

I'm putting together a hamper of Irish Craft Beers for my husband for Christmas and I just thought I'd see if anyone has any ideas for what would turn it from a good hamper into a great hamper...

Any "not to be missed" beers?

Do any of the breweries produce any reading material/leaflets to give a bit of background to how the beers are made?

Any good relevant books that I could include?

Any particular food items that go well with the different beers?

My husband works in drinks manufacturing & is into the whole technology behind beer production & has often dreamed about building his own micro brewery in the garage/back garden, so if there is anything else you think would add to the hamper I'd love to hear your suggestions.
