That looks like the essentials to me. If you're passing, The Palace on Fleet Street is worth a look: nice pub and they sell Hooker. You could also stick your head into Bowe's at the other end of Fleet Street (junction with D'Olier Street) and browse their bottles. There won't be anything you can't get in the other beer specialists, though.
There's also Sin É on Ormond Quay. The rumour mill tells me they have a new version of Revolution Red, brewed by Trouble, on sale. And there's Pifko on Usher's Quay which does a tasty exclusive house ale (Pifko Premium) brewed at Franciscan Well.
Don't think there's any draught Dungarvan around Dublin at the moment, but if there is it'll be upstairs in the Bull & Castle. And cask Trouble Ór... I think its listing in the 2011 Good Beer Guide is somewhere on the axis between "good intentions" and "outright lying to the bloke from CAMRA on the phone".
