As well as chasing the beer drinkers and trying to substitute something good for their usual, another tack is to go after the wine drinkers with 75cl bottles of Belgian beers like Westmalle Dubbel and Duvel.

I would recommend getting the proper beer glass for each beer, it some how makes an expensive beer seem more worth the cash if its in the correctly branded glass, the belgians with kwak and the like have taken it to an art form.

I have all the glasses for the Belgian and German beers, my favourite has to be the westmalle chalice... very impressive. Finding it hard to get the rest... I'm selling all the beers for under a fiver and recently started a "beer of the week" promotion. Just have to stick with it I guess
