In one way that's great news, and it'd be great to have good-sized independent breweries in Ireland again. However, I like the notion of going to a pub and drinking beer which was brewed on the premises. That seems to be on its way out.

No Cask Ale in Biddy Early Brewery no demand.

But they are still bottling a blonde(lager) and red biddy. Blonde is a niece lager in bottle not available on draught.

Red Biddy in bottle is the best irish red since revolution red by Dublin Brewing Co.

Bigears you better come to Cork soon or I will have the bottle of red biddy drank. The best way to describe it is a cross between Rebel Red and Froach Heather ale.Outstanding real beer.

It's a nice drop alright, I've only had it in the bottle once but I enjoyed it.
