Biddy Early's 18 years 9 months ago #1

I hope to visit Biddy Early's on Saturday, Hope to bring a couple of bottles back. If any one wants I can get them a couple of take out bottles if they live in Cork or coming to Cork,

So Bigears I can get you a few bottles and keep them until you are in Cork later in the year.

Sounds good rebel, a bottle of Red Biddy would be nice.

Edit: we'll have to organise a trip to the Bierhaus next time I'm down, hopefully I'll be able to give some notice next time.

The Visit to Biddy Early's went well. The food is good. Got a look at the brewery through the bar, it basic cost cannot be that great.

Black biddy is a niece easy drnking stout

Red biddy was niece but I was wondering do they use nitrogen like the stout to make the beer like Beamish red or Kilkenny.

I hope more brew pubs are set up.

P.S A shame the local were drinking the big brewery products, If this was any other country with a brew pub the local would shun the big brands. Carbon miles

Did you try their real ale?

I was just talking to the proprietor of one of the off-licences listed by Biddy Early as a Dublin stockist and he said that they've stopped bottling altogether. I hope that's not a sign that they're struggling.

I heard they're moving on to a bigger brewery and going in with a few other small brewers to try and set up something larger.
