If your doing the barbie, my wife does pretty good salads, we could bring a selection.

Absolutely, let's see if anyone else wants to chime in too.

I would be up for it, especially if it's a Saturday as suggested.

My wife makes excellent dips like Salsa & Guacamole etc. The way you get it in a Mexican restaurant in the US.

I make a mean Chilli but not really needed if there is a BBQ.

If we get a date set in stone I can book the park Plaza. It is only €69 for the 17th a the moment.
