I got a can of Murphys stout and when I poured it there was no head, or at least not much of a head. Does anyone know if this is a regular occurance or am I just the unlucky one :p

Drank the can in the end and it was grand. I'm not a huge stout-head-nazi but I do like the bit of flavour it offers.

I like Murphy's in a draught can and this used to happen quite a bit. I found that it happened a lot if the can is stored lying down. If you stand the can upright for a few minutes before opening it seems to avoid the problem.

Ah yes, it was left lying down in the fridge. Cheers for the tip.
