If I were permitted only one place to eat (& drink) in Dublin, I'd pick the B&C without hesitation. The food is as good as can be found before the kitchen help starts getting artsy about how it's arranged on the plate. Both the draught selection and bottle list are unequaled.

was there sat of rugby ire v s africa after being fitted in for dinner by geoff im happy to say myself and the missus had a most enjoyable evening, thanks again geoff your a true gent. il try to return ur quality service when ur in cork.
