sbillings Offline Posts: 3582	They mention that their Dunkel and their Helles are untergäriges Vollbier (bottom fermented) so it's not Dampfbier. They probably just use the name because the unfiltered beer looks cloudy. They might not even be aware of the pretty obscure historical style that is Dampfbier.

I'd imagine as a German Braumeister they'd take your guilds card away if you didn't know that one.
