Galway Hooker at Pygmalion, Sth. William Street... 16 years 6 months ago #1

I was at a gig in Pygmalion on South William Street last Thursday and they have Galway Hooker on draught - I'm not sure how long this place has been open, it used to be Ba Mizu but must be under new ownership. I didn't notice anything else different about it except for the name and the presence of a decent beer at the bar.

O'Hara's Celtic Stout and O'Hara's Red are also available in bottles at Gruel (trendy little eatery on Dame Street).

Ah. I saw Ronan rolling a keg down South William Street a couple of weeks ago and thought that the parking facilities for O'Neill's must be very poor.

I remember Gruel when it was all Dublin Brewing Company beer <!-- s:cry: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_cry.gif" alt="" title="Crying or Very sad" /><!-- s:cry: --> Still, great to see the commitment. I'll update the list -- cheers for the info, Madigan.

Yesssss!
I was in Galway a while ago and asked for it everywhere I went and didn't drink in a few places that didn't have it.
