But in all serious though, how exactly will we do this - is there as secret handshake? As there is no membership fee, how are we members? Do we need to produce the originals of our avatars? Once the first Joe Public hear us go "I'm on the ICB list" they will be too.... Perhaps we can 'register' with the B&C via some PM mechanism or something???

Great idea! I'll have fun doing this one, I've tried nearly all of them before but it will be good for refreshing my memory.
