A bit of a nerdy thing to go, but the gaff from father ted is near kilnaboy on the way to the Ennis from the Burren, If you're driving from Connemara to Killarney, you probably wont be a million miles away from it!!

I was there! it was wicked til I realised someone was living there. then I felt strange.

Aparently the guy in the house in kilnaboy doesn't mind people coming up and knocking on the door,
I didn't want to risk it though!

The wrecked boat from the titles is in a place called mweenish island. but was moved a few years ago! Incidentally, that's another good place for a few jars, in the middle of conemara, and the friendliest place on earth, bit weird seeing kids running round the pub at 10.00 at night though!
(It's a one horse town though, so wouldn't be much good for anything but a few pints and a bed!)

If you're poping into Galway, you have to have McDonaghs fish and chips(anyone I've ever bought loves it) and according to the hooker map, the spanish arch next door will sort ya out for beer!
