I'm heading to Dusseldorf in a couple of weeks on a 'fact finding trip' and will be sampling some Alt in the brewpubs there with a few friends. <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt="" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D -->
Apart from the brewpubs which are in every guide (Schumacher, Uerige, etc.), what other pubs should we try for a bit of variety and selection?
Anyone know any nice late night Jazz clubs?
We're a bit old and wrinkly for clubbing and need to avoid hens and stags!

I had read Ron's review and tracked down a few other places but I was hoping for some more info on something off the beaten track.
