This afternoon in Temple Bar I saw lots of kegs of Gaffel Kölsch and Weihenstephan being loaded out of a van and into the Porterhouse.

It must be nearly October.

Wouldn't have thought so. However it could be that they need an emergency kölsch since they've advertised their own but have apparently made an alt this year instead. No-one wants a re-run of the infamous Essex Street Kölsch Riots.

It's be a serious gaff to rebrand that.

In fact, they shouldn't be calling their Kölsch a Kölsch anyway, should they? (Protected Designation of Origin and all that since 1997)
