Guys,
I'm off to Oxford on Sunday for what I thought was a tour of the wychwood brewery. I just got an email to say that the Sunday tour has been cancelled as the guide has other commitments <!-- s:evil: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_evil.gif" alt="" title="Evil or Very Mad" /><!-- s:evil: --> <!-- s:evil: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_evil.gif" alt="" title="Evil or Very Mad" /><!-- s:evil: --> . They offered me a place for free on Saturday but for obvios reasons I can't make it.

Does anyone know any good real ale pubs in or around whitney, Oxford?? at least if I got to sample some good cask ale it wont all be a lost cause altogether <!-- s:( --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_sad.gif" alt="" title="Sad" /><!-- s:( --> <!-- s:( --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_sad.gif" alt="" title="Sad" /><!-- s:( -->

Sorry to hear about the tour being cancelled. Did you tell them that you were flying over especially for the tour?

Thanks for that! Yes I did tell them I was flying over specially for the tour but the receptionist said there was nothing they could do about it.She was very nice and did offer me another date. I checked how much it would cost to change the flights and it was triple what the flights actually cost so I have to fly now anyway. Hopefully I can find a good pub and stay there for the two days <!-- s:wink: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_wink.gif" alt="" title="Wink" /><!-- s:wink: -->
