i was there a few months ago, still been contracted brewer and they had changes their stout to a hefe. alright wheat beer but not a hefe, i suspect they were using a dry wheat yeast

We ended up skipping Waterford because we moved up our visit to Carlow Brewing by a day.

I have talked to Kinsale and they say they do not do tours anymore. They didn't mention whether their little pub is still open or not.

We were popping into Acton's on our way to Glendalough... we'll try to find what their deal is too.

talk to dave the owner, he'll recommend anything good/new he has and may point you in the direction of the abbot's ale house, it is by far the best off-licence in cork.
