The Czech Inn is a lovely pub, if I can judge by the once I've been there. Kept meaning to try and rope some of ye in for another exploration. Didn't know they did food - am now even more eager to return.

Was loud and full of telly, but the bar staff and everyone around were just so friendly. And bemused by a load of non-Czechs coming in and enthusing avidly about their beer <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt="" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D -->

had the paulaner on sat, it was nice indeed, also managed to get my hands on dave's last bottle of hoppen weiss or however that is spelled, i love that beer!

Haven't been to the bierhaus for a fortnight but on last visit had a half pint of DT but was not too impsssed with it.

I know Dave was getting in Pilsner Urquell in place of Carlsberg. Had my first bottle of it last week in Bratislava (more anon!) and looking forward to having it on draught. Did not realise Paulaner was coming too (I like it as well!!).

I think these will be permanent fixtures all going well but looking forward to see seeing what will be here for the festival in June. Last year's festival selectio was really good. Of course we are also having our next Meet there on Saturday

heathen!!, i move that the misplaced comment about DT's be stricken from the record and never spoken of again.

BITR - Relax man - our meet is put back to Sat 21st June to coincide with Dave's beerfest. I intend popping in Saturday week, 24th for the Heineken cup final as well. You will probably have the DT finished by that stage!!!!!!
