I had the Hoppen Weisse at the Bierhaus last Sunday and it is indeed a superb drink. 8.2%. Nice strong but most pleasant drink to sip and savour - not a throw back drink by any means. Will certainly have it again. From the bottle, and I have not searched the net yet, it seems to me that it is brewed in Germany. Wondering what is the Brooklyn input to it or is it more of a marketing thing. Great drink all the same.

The American version, which features the Brooklyn logo at the centre of the label, was brewed by Hans-Peter Drexler of Schneider at Brooklyn.
