Over for work for a few days and may or may not get some "beer time" when there- so if i do get a few hours free, what is the "must visit" in Brussels? Ideally to sample some lambics but also very partial to saisons as well.

Moder lambic fontinas sounds promising and not too far from where I will be staying. Bear in mind, time will be limited and I'm a lazy so, so nothing too far from grand place!

Yes that's the top spot. Try to go to cantillon too, good wee tour with samples included and some nice stuff to drink in.
