Recently had the pleasure of trying 3 of Western Herd's 4 brews - Fox Catcher Red Ale, Back Beat Wit Bier and Blue Jumper IPA. The 4th, Siege Pale Ale is only available on draught but will soon be available in bottle. If you visit Ennis do go to McHughs, 78 Parnell Street, and sample all four. Maybe you'll meet brewer Michael Eustace too.
